Hi there! My name is Megan Brophy and I am the owner of In Bloom Counseling, LLC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey. I received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Miami and my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of New Jersey. I’ve been practicing in the field since 2021.

I utilize a client-centered approach. In non-therapy words, you're the expert of your own life! I'm here to help guide you with support and coping skills.

My focus is primarily on LGBTQIA+ related concerns, substance use, and mood management. I do my best work with individuals who recognize that therapy may not be comfortable, but it is necessary to wellness.

When I’m not in sessions, I like to spend my time reading, playing guitar, and being outside. I’m a huge women’s sports fan and love to spend time with the people (and pets) I love.
